1. What data do we collect?

Scratch no More B.V. collects the following data when you:

- Access and view our website / webshop: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific web page), access status / HTTP status code, amount of data transferred in each case, website initiating the request, browsers, operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software;
- Communicate with us: your name, e-mail address and phone number;
- Place an order: first and last name, e-mail address and phone number, invoice address, shipping address, ordered products, ordered quantities, order date, shipping date, payment method, customer comments.

Special and/or sensitive personal data
Scratch no More B.V. does not collect sensitive personal data and does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16 unless they are authorised to view it by a parent or guardian.

2. How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Scratch no More B.V. with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- Use or view our website / our webshop www.scratchnomore.com;
- Place an order for any of our products or services;
- Get in touch with us by means of e-mail, phone, Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube), WhatsApp or by use of our contact form;

Scratch no More B.V. collects your data so that we can:

Scratch no More B.V. will share your data with our partner companies in order to fulfil our contractual obligations with you:

- Media Solutions B.V. (Landjuweel 56, 3905 PH Veenendaal, The Netherlands) - Webmaster: name, IP address, date and time of the request, order date, payment method, invoice address, shipping address in case of technical problems needing to be fixed.

When Scratch no More B.V. processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

In order to ensure that the contract runs smoothly, Scratch no More B.V. may call on external partners who may also be given access to your data. In any event, they will store the data only for as long as this is necessary for the performance of their work. Under no circumstances your personal data will be used for purposes other than the activities of Scratch no More B.V., unless permission has been expressly requested from you. All external transfers of personal data are subject to processing agreements.

Your data is not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

Scratch no More B.V. reserves the right to blacklist your data when you have seriously betrayed the trust of Scratch no More B.V. The blacklist will be kept indefinitely and will only be accessible to a very limited number of Scratch no More B.V.’s employees. The blacklist will also be kept for future offers made by Scratch no More B.V. In any event, persons who, despite repeated requests, fail to meet any of the payment obligations of Scratch no More B.V. will be placed on the blacklist.

4. How do we store your data?

Scratch no More B.V. stores user data in secure data centres in the European Union. Our primary data centre location is NorthC in Amsterdam, where our servers run. We also run a database server on location in the Netherlands (europe-west4). These locations have been chosen for their high standards of data protection and security. The following security precautions are taken:

1. Encryption: All data stored and transferred is encrypted using strong encryption protocols. This ensures that the data is protected against unauthorised access during transport and storage.

2. Access Control: Only authorised personnel has access to the data, and this is limited to the minimum level necessary. We use strict authentication procedures and access control to ensure that only authorised individuals have access to sensitive information.

3. Regular audits and updates: Our systems and processes are regularly audited and updated to comply with the latest security standards and best practices. This helps us to identify and address potential vulnerabilities early.

To satisfy legal obligations, Scratch no More B.V. will store your address, payment and order data for 10 years. However, we restrict processing after two years, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations. After 10 years, your data will be deleted.

Scratch no More B.V. would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing-related / commercial mailings (newsletters), you may always opt out at a later date.
