Consumers in the EU may also file complaints via the platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) of the European Commission. It is available in all EU languages at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your dispute is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union’s platform.
